MAXIME ANTONY​

Born in 1994 in the Drôme region of France, Maxime Antony now lives and works in Paris.

A self-taught photographer, he is interested in the issues surrounding the digital image and how it can be used to capture and represent the world.

 

Like an alchemist, he sets out to discover, study, dissect, experiment with and transform the digital image to create new points of view and new narratives.

 

In his work, the augmentation of reality is a key idea for understanding the world around us and who we are. His photographs reveal a dreamlike, ephemeral atmosphere. It's often a question of the memory of a moment, of a dream, of the one who saw and remembers.

Maxime Antony gives us his reality, that of an in-between world.
